Recently, we hired Nathan and Monique with the task of liquidating all the contents of our vacated office building so we could put it on the market for sale. We called on three companies in total. Nathan was the first to respond, the first to arrive for a walk-through, and the first to submit a proposal. Although, I went through the whole process of getting three bids, I immediately knew that Nathan was the one we were going to hire. He was fast, enthusiastic, and had no reservations of his abilities to get the job done. Whereas, the other two companies seemed to have major reservations on how to navigate the awkwardly angled flight of stairs and that our building only had and old 1930's elevator, it didn’t faze Nathan one bit. He also offered a very reasonable estimate and was able to schedule the job quickly. On the day of the job, he arrived on time with his crew and with just a few instructions, I was able to leave them alone with minimum supervision and let them do their work. His crew was polite and courteous. When faced with obstacles, like not being able to maneuver an old sofa down the flight of stairs, he told me not to be concerned because he always finds a way to get it done. Getting a job done like ours at a reasonable cost is good, but customer service is the most important criteria for me. Nathan, Monique and Crew were the best. I highly recommend them and will use them again without hesitation.
